Purchased 6 Bright Lights White this year and planted in landscaping bed with full sun. We had a cooler Spring in VA, and these performed very well. Blooms galore, nice leaves, decent size, mounding. Gorgeous in May and June. I have not found them to be heat tolerant at all. All are very sad now that we are in July. I’ve tried potting two so I can decide if they can grow in 7b humid summers. SoJury still out in August. Right now just barely alive.

Bright Lights are great in both landscapes and containers.Maintenance Notes:
Deadheading not necessary for continuous bloom. Plants will "bury their dead" (new flowers will quickly cover old flowers) so no deadheading necessary. Bright Lights Osteospermum do not like having wet feet and will react badly to constantly wet soil. Be sure to allow soil in containers to get dry on top before watering and only plant Bright Lights in ground beds with good drainage. While it shouldn't be necessary you can trim your plants with a sharp pair of scissors or pruning shears at any time.
A yearly application of fertilizer or compost on garden beds and regular fertilization of plants in pots will help ensure the best possible performance.Bright Lights™ White Osteospermum hybrid 'KLEOE17329' Can PBRAF
