OutShine^™ Red sage Salvia hybrid

Salvia is a diverse group of plants that come in many different shapes, sizes and colors. The Outshine series of Salvia is just as deer resistant, pollinator-friendly and heat and humidity tolerant as other types, but with a different look than Rockin’^® and Unplugged^® varieties.

A flurry of small, glowing cherry red flowers covers the upright mounded habit of Outshine Red non-stop from spring to frost in most climates. It has proven in trials to flourish equally well in both cooler northern climates and hot, humid southern landscapes. This low maintenance plant works well as a filler for the front to middle of the border and large containers.
