I ordered 2 of these and planted them early spring of 2020. The plants are extremely healthy. My lawn guy accidently mowed them about a month after I planted them. I was afraid they would die, but they quickly grew back to about 8 inches tall and started blooming. This year they are blooming prolifically. I would give them 5 stars except the color isn't as it appears on the website. They're not as bright, more of a purple color.

They prune the plant before they shipped. It was pruned really short and the other plant I purchased wasn’t. There wasn’t very many leaves on the plant and I tried everything to stop the leaves from turning yellow one by one until there were no longer any leaves. I don’t normally kill the plants that I order and the other plant is doing very well. I have purchased Proven Winners plants at local nurseries and they have done very well. This plant is suppose to be beautiful and I would love to have it, but if they prune it again I am concerned to order it again. Right now I am living in Colorado, but moving back home to South Louisiana where there is humidity that plants love. Maybe I’ll just look to local nurseries that carry Proven Winner. I am very disappointed about this plant.

I ordered this plant online and received it in April 2020. Its now August. So far, I have not seen a single leaf growing in that plant. (Forget blooms.) The plant has not died either. It is just there as frozen. All other plants/shrubs that were planted at the same time are full of blooms now. Something is wrong with that plant!! Totally disappointed. :-(
