I like the color and fragrance. Very heat and drought tolerant and great for container gardening. It has survived a killing frost outside in the pot so far and still looks great, even though it has had no care.

I planted two small plantings of this between my roses and they have spread like wildfire even to places not directly beside the other plants. However we are in zone 5b and this "annual" is a perennial in our yard.

I absolutely love this plant. It was a first time addition in one of my flower beds this year and I fully plan on incorporating more on the property next year. Even today it is still thriving and beautiful despite the below zero temps this week.

Set as centerpieces in two 24" deck rail troughs with portulaca (wh rd yel & or) to either side. By Sept. plants fill the entire middle half, and stand 15" tall with minimal care. Portulaca colors are well set off, and look smart even into Autumn.

Still looks beautiful and we've had frost and 30 degree temps.

Planted last November - did beautifully. It's now August and all have died. This is in Zone 9B where I thought they were perennial.

I have this plant regrowing after this winter's heavy snows. I'll see how much regrows.
