    • I LOVE THIS PLANT !! It can be tricky in my zone 5 - 5b garden, but it is more than worth trying. I have lost a few, but they were in too much shade; even though they say sun or shade, it is definitely better in sun. I have found it is most beautiful when planted outside a russian sage. The electric blue of the plumbago flowers and lavender-blue of the russian sage are an absolutely STUNNING combination and I came upon this quite by accident. We'll see how it handles winter in the hell-strip between the sidewalk and the road (LOTS of snow gets piled up there), but I will be sure to mulch it well this fall and do everything I can to be sure it comes back and repeats this summer's performance !

    • Low-growing groundcover (about 8 inches high), grows fairly slowly, tolerates clay soil, beautiful blue flowers
